Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RoboDoc ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RoboDoc mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
RoboDoc may process the following:
- Account data (for example email and sign-in identifiers) when you register or sign in, including optional Google sign-in where you use it.
- Health and assessment information you enter (symptoms, answers, follow-ups).
- Profile details you choose to add (for example age, sex/gender field, blood type, profile image path).
- Limited technical data needed to run and secure the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to provide sign-in, run assessments, generate AI follow-up questions and summaries, show results, keep local history on your device, and maintain the app.
3. AI Processing
Assessment text you submit may be sent to an AI provider (for example OpenAI) to generate responses. Output is informational only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use RoboDoc for emergencies; contact local emergency services if you need urgent care.
4. Authentication and Local Storage
RoboDoc uses Firebase Authentication. Some data is stored on your device (for example session and saved assessments). You are responsible for device access.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers as needed: Firebase (authentication) and OpenAI or another configured AI provider (AI responses). They process data under their own policies.
6. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the app, legal requirements, disputes, and agreements. Local data stays on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No storage or transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
RoboDoc is not aimed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live). We do not knowingly collect children’s data without proper consent.
9. International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change when we do.
